NBC Montana News reports that Kalispell Regional Healthcare has confirmed a May 20, 2019 data breach may have compromised the personal information of almost 130,000 clinic patients after an outside forensic firm completed an investigation in August 2019. Compromised information may include medical bill account numbers, health insurance information, medical history, and roughly 250 Social Security numbers. The hackers used emails to trick employees into providing login credentials.
